<br />Elmcrest Park Entrance <br /> <br />Public Works Director Olson stated that the City has been working on a low cost entrance <br />monument for Elmcrest Park. He showed a picture of a stone that has been delivered and noted <br />that the City has hired someone to etch on the stone.
