City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Staff has developed a budget prioritization exercise to assist the Council in establishing <br />priorities for city operations. The exercise is enclosed under separate cover (manila <br />envelope in your packet) for Council to review prior to the worksession. During the work <br />session, time will be allotted for discussion of the prioritization exercise as well as time <br />for councilmembers to complete the exercise.
