<br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will hold a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, October 28, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider an increase to the off-sale liquor license fee <br />from $200 to $290 for license year 2009/2010 and an additional increase of $90 for a total of <br />$380 for license year 2010/2011. <br /> <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the consideration <br />of increasing the off-sale intoxicating liquor license fee. The City of Ramsey complies with the <br />Americans with Disabilities Act. Upon advance request, information will be provided in an <br />alternative form, and interpreters will be available. Any person with such a request should <br />contact Jo Thieling at 763-433-9840 prior to 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, October 22, 2008. There is <br />a TDD machine at Ramsey Municipal Center; the number'is 763-427,;,8591. <br /> <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey City Council, <br />attention Jo Thieling, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, 55303.
