<br />Councilmember Elvig suggested that the sidewalk be kept in and a determination can be made <br />based on the public heating whether it will be kept in. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Olson stated that it will be kept in as a bid alternate. <br /> <br />There was a consensus to present the feasibility study with the sidewalk as a bid alternate. <br /> <br />Councilmember Look asked when the project would be completed. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Olson stated that it would be completed next year with 2008 MSA prices. <br /> <br />Councilmember Look stated that if it is completed. in 2009, he feels it should be at 2009 overlay <br />MSA prices. <br /> <br />MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />The Work Session of the City Council was adjourned at 8:42 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Kurtis G.
