<br />ORDINANCE #08-_ <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />. SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.23 (E-2 EMPLOYMENT DISTRICT) <br />AND 9.20.24 (E-l EMPLOYMENT DISTRICT) OF THE RAMSEY CITY CODE. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1 AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to' and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />SECTION 2 AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 9.20.24 (E-l Employment District), Subd. 3.e.l, Subd. 4, Subd. 4.a.1, Subd. 4.a.3, Subd; <br />4.b.2, Subd. 4.b.3, Subd. 4.c.4, and Subd. 4.d.3 of the Ramsey City Code are hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />9.20.24 <br /> <br />E-l Employment District <br /> <br />Subd.3.e.l Storage area is surfaced with bituminous or concrete and finished <br />with continuous concrete'curbing. <br /> <br />Subd.4. . Conditional Uses Requires a conditional use permit based upon <br />procedures set forth.in arid regulated by Section 9.03.05 (Conditional Uses) of this <br />Chapter. <br /> <br />Subd. 4.a.l Storage area is surfaced with bituminous or concrete and finished <br />'with continuous concrete curbing. <br /> <br />Subd.4.a.3 The provisions of Section 9.03.05, Subd. 2.g are considered and <br />. satisfactorily met. <br /> <br />Subd. 4.b.2Sales. area is surfaced with bituminous or concrete and finished <br />with continuous concrete curbing. <br /> <br />Subd.4.b.3 The provisions of Section 9.03.05, Subd. 2.g are considered and <br />satisfactorily met. <br />Subd.4.cA The provisions of Section 9.03.05, Subd. 2.g are considered and <br />satisfactorily met. . <br /> <br />-:-39- <br />
