<br />~ <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #08-11- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />TO OPERATE A TREE SERVICE ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 17725 BAUGH <br />ST NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #~ AND DECLARING: TERMS OF. <br />PERMIT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #08-11- adopting <br />Findings of Fact #_ for this use and herein approves the home occupation permit. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />. . <br /> <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On November 25, 2008 a home occupation permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Gene and ,Cindy Goede ("Permitee") to operate a tree service located on the property <br />generally known as 17725 Baugh St NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The south 495 feet of the west 880' feet of the Southwest Quarter ofthe Northeast Quarter <br />of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota as measured at right <br />'angles to the south and westlines thereof (subject to County Road No. 83 Baugh Street) <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. ' That this resolution shall allow for a tree service to operate within on the Subject <br />Property. <br /> <br />2. That the Permittee is allowed three (3) non-resident employees unless otherwise <br />permitted by City Code. Notification must be given to the City if the Permittee will <br />utilize non-resident employees. <br /> <br />3. That the established business hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm. <br /> <br />4. That the number of vehicul~ traffic trips per day cannot exceed two trips per hour per <br />standard eight hour bm~iness day and vehicular traffic trips include deliveries, customer, <br />and employee trips.' . <br /> <br />5. That under no circumstance, can the Permittee lease the business portion ofthe accessory <br />structures located on the Subject Property to any person(s) that does not reside on the <br />Subject Property. <br /> <br />36 <br />
