<br />Councilmember <br /> <br />. . <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #08-11-_ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPRO~G THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, <br />TO EXCEED THE' TOTAL AMOUNT. OF ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SQUARE <br />FOOTAGE BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #_ AND'DECLARING TERMS OF <br />PERMIT- <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on October 22, 2008, Gene and Cindy Goede, husband and wife, {the <br />"Permittee"), properly applied for a conditional use permit for an overage in total accessory <br />building square footage established in City Code Section 9.11.02 on tJ1e property generally <br />known as 17725 Baugh Street N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />. The south 495 feet of the west 880 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota as measured at right <br />angles to the south and west lines thereof (subject to County Road No. 8;3 Baugh Street) <br /> <br />("Subject Property"); and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the PlannIng CommiSSIon met on November 6, 2008 and conducted the <br />public hearing and recommended City Council approval bfthe request. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact #"-, a conditional use permit (the "Pemrit") to <br />. construct a 4,000 square foot accessory building, (the "Structure"), which will result in <br />exceeding the totafamount square footage allowed by no more than 880 square feet on <br />the Subject Property is hereby granted to the Permittee. <br /> <br />2. That the Structure shall conform to all other requirements for accessory structures. <br /> <br />2. That the Permittee shall obtain all- necessary permits prior to c01.n.1llencing any <br />construction of the Structure. <br /> <br />3. That no cormnercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted on the Subject <br />Property unless the necessary permits have been obtained from the City. <br /> <br />3. That the . Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this Permit. <br /> <br />4.
