The owner of the premises licensed or to be licensed woukl not qualify for a licen,se under the terms of this Section. 7.13.17 Off-sitestotage. Upon written request" the ,police chief may approve an off-site locked and secured storage facility. The pawnbroker shall permit inspection of the facility in accordance vvith section 7.13.05. All provisions of this Section regarding record keeping and reporting apply to the facility and its contents. Property shaiIbe stored incompliance with all provisions of the city code. Business at only one place. A license under this Section authorizes the licensee to carry 011 its business only at the pennanent place of bu sines s designated in the license. However, upon written request, the City may approve an off'-site locked and secured storage facility. The .licensee shalt permit inspection of the facility in accordance with (INSPECTION OF ITEA1S). The licensee must either own the building in which the business is condllcted, am;! any approved off-site stor:age facility? or have a iease on the business premise that extend,S for more than six, (6) months. . . 7.13.19 Separability. Should any Section, section, subsection, clause or other provision of this ordinance be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall nQt effect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any part other than the part so declared invalid.
