The owner of the premises licensed or to be licensed woukl not qualify for a <br />licen,se under the terms of this Section. <br /> <br />7.13.17 Off-sitestotage. Upon written request" the ,police chief may approve an off-site <br />locked and secured storage facility. The pawnbroker shall permit inspection of the facility in <br />accordance vvith section 7.13.05. All provisions of this Section regarding record keeping and <br />reporting apply to the facility and its contents. Property shaiIbe stored incompliance with all <br />provisions of the city code. The pawnbroker m11st either OWl1 the building in which the busiuess <br />is conducted, and al~y approved off-site storage facility, or have a lease on the business prelnises. <br /> <br />7.13.18. Business at only one place. A license under this Section authorizes the licensee to <br />carry 011 its business only at the pennanent place of bu sines s designated in the license. However, <br />upon written request, the City may approve an off'-site locked and secured storage facility. The <br />.licensee shalt permit inspection of the facility in accordance with (INSPECTION OF ITEA1S). <br />All provisions of this SectioI1. fegardingfecord keeping and reportiilg apply to the facilityc:ilid its <br />contents. Property shall be stored in compliance with all provisions of the city code. The licensee <br />must either own the building in which the business is condllcted, am;! any approved off-site <br />stor:age facility? or have a iease on the business premise that extend,S for more than six, (6) <br />months. . . <br /> <br />7.13.19 Separability.
