Specifically, the consideration of the suspension/revocation of your <br />pawnbroker's license is pursuant to the authority of Section 7.13.11 of the City Code. <br /> <br />The City Council will act as the hearing officer to hear the evidence presented by City <br />staff at the hearing. You and/or your representative will have an opportunity to present <br />testimony and evidence and cross-examine the City's witnesses. You and/or your <br />representative may also make oral argument regarding this issue. <br /> <br />In its discretion, the City Council may continue the public hearing to an additional date if <br />it is deemed necessary.
