Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #08- 11 -XXX <br />RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />#08 -32 ANDRIE STREET & 164T LANE STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council, adopted on May 13, 2008 in <br />response to a petition, a feasibility report for street improvements to Andrie Street and 164 <br />Lane in the Northfork Subdivision has been received, having been prepared by Steve Jankowski, <br />City Engineer. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider street improvements including reconstruction <br />of the bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer improvements, and <br />possible concrete sidewalk in accordance with the report, and the assessment of abutting <br />property for a portion of the cost of these improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of <br />$1,402,523. <br />2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 13th day of <br />January, 2009 at Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW at 7:00 p.m. and <br />the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 25th day of November, 2008. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #08- 11 -XXX <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />Cu <br />-101- <br />
