Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 07- 11 -XXX RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2008 ALLOCATION OF PARKING RAMP MAINTENANCE COSTS WHEREAS, included in the Master Development Agreement between Ramsey Town Center, LLC and the City of Ramsey was terminology regarding the upkeep and maintenance of the parking ; and WHEREAS, The Parking Improvement Use and Maintenance Agreement was formulated to incorporate these requirements; and WHEREAS, the agreement requires City Council to annually adopt a parking ramp maintenance budget by November 30 for the following year's estimated expenditures; and . That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained:
