-112- Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #08- 11 -XXX RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2009 ALLOCATION OF PARKING RAMP MAINTENANCE COSTS WHEREAS, included in the Master Development Agreement between Ramsey Town Center, LLC and the City of Ramsey was terminology regarding the upkeep and maintenance of the parking ; and WHEREAS, The Parking Improvement Use and Maintenance Agreement was formulated to incorporate these requirements; and WHEREAS, the agreement requires City Council to annually adopt a parking ramp maintenance budget by November 30 for the following year's estimated expenditures; and WHEREAS, the agreement requires City Council to annually allocate the budgeted parking ramp maintenance costs to benefiting parcels; and WHEREAS, each parcels allocated share is determined as such: and the following were absent: 28- 32 -25 -24 -0009 28- 32 -25 -24 -0013 28- 32 -25 -24 -0008 28- 32 -25 -31 -0015 28- 32 -25 -31 -0014 28- 32 -25 -31 -0013 28- 32 -25 -31 -0012 28- 32 -25 -42 -0010 Total Allocated and the following voted against the same: $15,853.81 $ 9,073.57 $46,265.23 $ 5,184.90 $ 4,586.64 $ 13,560.50 $ 14,956.43 $ 10,668.92 $120,150.00 RESOLUTION #08- 11 -XXX Page 1 of 2 City of Ramsey City of Ramsey RTC RTC RTC City of Ramsey City of Ramsey City of Ramsey NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the City Council hereby adopts the allocation of the 2009 Parking Ramp Maintenance Budget in the amount of $120,150 to be allocated as listed above. That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor:
