-112- <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #08- 11 -XXX <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2009 ALLOCATION OF PARKING RAMP <br />MAINTENANCE COSTS <br />WHEREAS, included in the Master Development Agreement between Ramsey Town <br />Center, LLC and the City of Ramsey was terminology regarding the upkeep and maintenance of <br />the parking ; and <br />WHEREAS, The Parking Improvement Use and Maintenance Agreement was <br />formulated to incorporate these requirements; and <br />WHEREAS, the agreement requires City Council to annually adopt a parking ramp <br />maintenance budget by November 30 for the following year's estimated expenditures; and <br />WHEREAS, the agreement requires City Council to annually allocate the budgeted <br />parking ramp maintenance costs to benefiting parcels; and <br />WHEREAS, each parcels allocated share is determined as such: <br />and the following were absent: <br />28- 32 -25 -24 -0009 <br />28- 32 -25 -24 -0013 <br />28- 32 -25 -24 -0008 <br />28- 32 -25 -31 -0015 <br />28- 32 -25 -31 -0014 <br />28- 32 -25 -31 -0013 <br />28- 32 -25 -31 -0012 <br />28- 32 -25 -42 -0010 <br />Total Allocated <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />$15,853.81 <br />$ 9,073.57 <br />$46,265.23 <br />$ 5,184.90 <br />$ 4,586.64 <br />$ 13,560.50 <br />$ 14,956.43 <br />$ 10,668.92 <br />$120,150.00 <br />RESOLUTION #08- 11 -XXX <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />City of Ramsey <br />City of Ramsey <br />RTC <br />RTC <br />RTC <br />City of Ramsey <br />City of Ramsey <br />City of Ramsey <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />That the City Council hereby adopts the allocation of the 2009 Parking Ramp <br />Maintenance Budget in the amount of $120,150 to be allocated as listed above. <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />
