Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #08- 11 - ___ <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />TO OPERATE A TREE SERVICE ON PROPERTY D LOCATED <br />OF <br />ST NW BASED ON FINDINGS O F FACT <br />PERMIT <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #08 -11- adopting <br />Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the home occupation permit. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />On November 25 2008 a home occupation permit ( "Permit ") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />( "City ") to Gene and Cindy Goede ( "Permitee ") to operate a tree service located on the property <br />generally known as 17725 Baugh St NW and legally described as follows: <br />The south 495 feet of the west 880 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota as measured at right <br />angles to the south and west lines thereof (subject to County Road No. 83 Baugh Street) <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br />1. That this resolution shall allow for a tree service to operate on the Subject Property. <br />2. That the Permittee is allowed three (3) non - resident employees unless otherwise <br />permitted by City Code. Notification must be given to the City if the Permittee will <br />utilize non- resident employees. <br />3. That the established business hours are Monday through Friday 10:OOam — 5:OOpm. <br />4, That all equipment operation related to the home occupation for splitting, chipping, <br />shredding, or otherwise subdividing wood is limited to Monday through Saturday 2:OOpm <br />to 5:OOpm. <br />5. That the number of vehicular traffic trips per day cannot exceed two trips per hour per <br />standard eight hour business day or sixteen vehicle trips per 24 hour period and vehicular <br />traffic trips include deliveries, customer, and employee trips. <br />
