-198— <br />That no commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted on the Subject <br />Property unless the necessary permits have been obtained from the City. <br />7. That the Structure may only be used for vehicle storage. <br />8. That any repairs to fuel systems, electrical systems or repairs using open flame or welding <br />shall be prohibited in the Structure. <br />9, That no combustible storage shall be allowed within the Structure. <br />10. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and . <br />enforcing this Permit. <br />11. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the <br />premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br />12.
