Violation /Corrective Action Required to Meet Compliance: <br />Have more than 4 dogs on the property with out a kennel permit <br />Remove on of the dogs or apply for a kennel permit <br />These Violations Must.Be Corrected by: October 2 2008 <br />You may request a hearing before a Hearing Examiner regarding these violations. Your <br />request for a hearing must be.filed in writing to the Chief of. Police within 14 days of <br />service of this notice. If you fail to correct the violations or request a hearing the <br />above time periods, the City will correct the violations and costs will be assessed against <br />the property: Those costs will be certified to the County Auditor and will be collected in <br />the same manner as special assessments against the property.
