Among the requirements for registration is that you show evidence of a proper <br />enclosure for your "dangerous dog"; that your yard is property posted; and that you take <br />out a surety bond for not less than $50,000.00 on your dog. <br />At this time, your dog is -declared a "potentially dangerous dog".
