Grading. <br />1. Final slope grades shall not exceed 3.5:1 unless terracing of retaining <br />walls is approved. <br />2. Berming for paking lots and open space areas shall not exceed 3:1. <br />e. Off - Street Loading: All off - street loading dock/berth areas shall be a minimum of <br />50 feet in length and there shall be at least one dock/berth for the first 10,000 <br />square feet of floor area and one additional berth/dock for each additional 25,000 <br />square feet of floor area. <br />Subd. 6Architectural Standards <br />a. Specifically designed pre -cast concrete units whose surfaces have been <br />integrally treated with an applied decorative material or texture; <br />7.
