Subd. 4.d.3 The provisions of Section 9.03.05, Subd. 2.g are considered and satisfactorily met. 9.20.23 E - 2 Employment District Section 9.20.23 (E -2 Employment District), Subd. 3.e.1, Subd. 4, Subd. 4.a.1, Subd. 4.a.3 and Subd. 4.b.2, Subd. 4.b.3 of the Ramsey City Code are hereby amended to read as follows: Subd. 3.e.1 Storage area is surfaced with bituminous or concrete and finished with continuous concrete curbing. Subd. 4. Conditional Uses Requires a conditional use permit based upon procedures set forth in and regulated by Section 9.03.05 (Conditional Uses) of this Chapter. – Subd. 4.a.1 Storage area is surfaced with bituminous or concrete and finished with continuous concrete curbing. Subd. 4.a.3 The provisions of Section 9.03.05, Subd. 2.g are considered and satisfactorily met. Subd. 4.b.2 Sales area is surfaced with bituminous or concrete and finished with continuous concrete curbing. SECTION 3 SUMMARY The following official summary of Ordinance #08 - has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #08 -_ to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of Land) Section 9.20.23 (E -2 Employment District) and Section 9.20.24 (E -1 Employment District) to bring the performance standards into conformance with all other commercial and industrial district regulations and require bituminous or concrete surface on outdoor storage, service, sales, display and rental areas. SECTION 4 EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07.
