(2) Upon expiration of the time required by the notice, the City <br />Administrator or his/her designee shall notify the property <br />owner of the date on which the nuisance or violation will <br />be abated and proceed with the abatement, unless a request <br />for a hearing has been timely filed. <br />The City shall, within seven (7) days '' <br />enod .hasp expired or as soon as it can be reasonably <br />accomplished, have the property abated in accordance with <br />this section. <br />3. Hearmg P Any property owner who feels aggrieved by an order <br />of the City Administrator or his/her designee issued pursuant to this <br />Section may request a hearing before the Hearing Examiner. <br />( <br />(1) <br />asses <br />Such request shall identify with specificity the basis for the <br />property owner's objection to the interpretation of City <br />Code and notice of violation. <br />(2) Such request shall be filed in writing with the office of the <br />Chief of Police within fourteen (14) days after the date of <br />the service of the notice by the City Administrator or <br />his/her designee. <br />
