Chairperson Nixt stated it appears the City will be improving flow and correcting a culvert that eeds repair. He stated it would be helpful to see how the flood plain map is going to c ange as a - suit of this, both upstream and downstream, and requested that the City Council e shown a picto'al representation of these changes before making its decision on this matter.
