He stated the City showed a 2000 population of 18,500; in 2010, <br />population is projected at 26,345; 2020 population is projected at 34,180; and 2030 population is <br />projected at 42,015. He stated the City had 5,906 households in 2000; in 2010, households are <br />projected at 9,183; 2020 households are projected at 12,459; 01.14 2030 households are projected <br />at 15,736. He stated employment was 3,587 in 2000 and is projected to be 13,252 in 2030. <br />Citizen Input <br />Merlin Hunt, 17860 Nowthen Boulevard, stated that Section XIII of the plan, the environmental <br />section," references scenic roadways and greenway corridors and requested clarification from <br />staff regarding the boundaries shown on the piarigige stated that it appears more than 90% of his <br />p roperty is shown to be in the eenwa corridor and expressed';concern that his property will not <br />be worth anything because the green}way corridor has yeffect vely elimto only d evelo p the <br />potential on the property.
