<br />number of substantive changes as well as ones that simply make the document more readable. <br />She stated that she is willing to schedule a special meeting to facilitate that. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Gladhill stated that they were planning on making the changes by the end of <br />next week. <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen reiterated that if this IS sent out, she wants to make sure the <br />communities get the information they need to. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Gladhill suggested that it be brought back to the December 9,2008 meeting. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich stated that they would like to get the 6-month clock running to meet <br />the Met Council deadline. <br /> <br />Councilmember Dehen stated that if there will be changes made from what is looked at tonight <br />he would like them to be passed around so everyone can see them ahead of time and that they be <br />clearly identified. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Gladhill stated that staff will highlight anything that changes. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to direct staff to work with <br />residents in 4 and 40 area that were present to make changes in their area to low density, that the <br />area by Northfork be taken out of MUSA area, and the items in packet, as presented, be revised. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Elvig stated that he would like to See Councilmember <br />Strommen's concerns addressed so this is packaged for easy reading and ready to be discussed <br />on December 9,2008. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
