Absent: Mayor GaJ.nec <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Public Hearing: Application for Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License: Case <br />of Blaze Liquors <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Elvig closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:05 p.m. in order <br />conduct a public h~aring. <br /> <br />Public Hearin2: <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Elvig called the public hearing to order at 7:05 p.m. <br />. . <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Nelson stated that the City has received an application for.an Off- <br />Sale Liquor License from Blaze Liquors and noted that all background information has been <br />completed and been found to be in compliance.
