Sullivan, Economic Development Coordinator <br />Background: <br />As part of the administrative process of managing the City's TIF districts it is necessary to restate and amend <br />the district budgets from time to time. Past practice. of the City of Ramsey has been to adopt amendments to <br />TIF districts as new projects are added or to restate and clarify district budgets. The attached budget <br />amendments reflect on a line item basis what expenses have occurred within the TIF Districts and what is <br />proposed to occur before decertification. There are no overall budget increases proposed for the attached <br />amendments, only line item changes. for the various TIF eligible. expenses categories.
