TIF PLAN AMENDMENT AND RESTATEMENT OF BUDGET <br />The purpose of this amendment is to amend and clarify the budget within the TIF Plan of the following district: <br />Tax Increment Financing (Redevelopment) District No. 8 <br />The TIF budget (Sources and Uses of Funds) is listed within Exhibit C of the respective original-TIF Plan. The Tax Increment <br />Financing District No. 8 budget is not being increased. <br />It is not.the intention ofxhis amendment to modify TIF District boundaries: The boundary for TIF DistrictNo. 8 shall remain <br />unchanged. The boundary' for Municipal Development District No. 1 shall also remain unchanged. <br />The Document shall become a supplement to Tax Increment Financing District No. 8 dated December 12, 2000, and amended June <br />24, 2003. Only the section referenced throughout this document is to be considered amended and intended to replace and clarify the <br />respective existing section. - <br />-124- <br />
