TIF PLAN AMENDMENT AND RESTATEMENT OF BUDGET The purpose of this amendment is to amend and clarify the budget within the TIF Plan of the following district: Tax Increment Financing. (Economic) District No. 10 The TIF budget (Sources and -Uses of Funds) is listed within Financial Plan Section (page 8) of the respective original TIF Plan. The Tax Increment Financing. District No. 10 budget is not being increased. It is not the intention of this amendment to modify TIF Districtboundaries. The boundary for TIF District No. 10 shall remain unchanged. The boundary for Municipal Development District No. 1 shall also remain unchanged. The Document shall become a supplement to Tax Increment Financing District No. 10 dated October 23, 2001. Only the sections referenced throughout this document are to be considered amended and intended to replace and clarify the respective existing sections. -127-
