There has been considerable discussion about that
intersection in the past few months, and I have copied Brian Olson, our public works director on this
message-and will ask him to update us on the status.
Working with our residents and neighborhoods is a priority, especially when incomes to public safety. I
need to be sure your voices are heard and we respond to concerns raised, Your intersection is a public
safety concern and I intend to follow the discussion and will ask our staff to bring some options forward to
address thfs public safety concern,
I will forward Brian's response to you and would welcome further discussion
Thank you
David Jeffrey
On Mon Nov 3 10:35 , 'Sharlean Panozza' sent:
Hi David,
I live in Ward 4 and our neighborhood, which you were at our National Night Out event on Argon St. and 142nd Avenue,
are concerned still about closing the 142nd Avenue entrance/exit to our neighborhood. We have been trying to have this
accomplished for a couple years. now and nothing has happened other than the meters being placed on the roads to
determine the traffic flow.
z -169-
