Planning Commission conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, November 6, <br />2008, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Chairperson Michael Nixt (arrived at 7:37 p.m.) <br />Commissioner Ralph Brauer <br />Commissioner Ralph Hunt <br />Commissioner Gary Levine <br />Commissioner Gary Van Scoy <br />Members Absent: Commissioner Teresa Cleveland <br />Commissioner Bryan Rogers <br />Also Present: Community Development Director Amber Miller <br />Associate Planner Tim Gladhill <br />Management Intern Al Haugen <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Acting Chairperson Levine called the regular meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. <br />CITIZEN. INPUT <br />None. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Motion by Commissioner Van Scoy, seconded by Commissioner Hunt, to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Van Scoy, Hunt, and <br />Brauer. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Cleveland and Rogers. <br />APPROVE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br />Motion by Commissioner Van Scoy, seconded by Commissioner Hunt, to approve the following <br />minutes as presented: <br />1) Planning,Commission public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated October 2, 2008. <br />Planning Commission/November 6, 2008 <br />Page 1 of 18 <br />
