Chairperson Nixt replied the applicant would be required to come back to the City for any future <br />building and explained that the applicant is removing the 50' x 30' structure currently on the <br />property. <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Van Scoy, to close the public hearing. <br />Motion carried.
