Commissioner Brauer expressed his thanks to staff for allowing the citizens of Ramsey to work <br />with the maps on their own and put together their own land use maps. <br />Chairperson Nixt expressed the Planning Commission's thanks to all the residents for their work <br />on the plan and their valuable input. <br />Case #6: Staff Update <br />The Staff Update was noted. <br />Case #7: Zoning Bulletin <br />The Zoning Bulletin was noted. <br />OTHER COMMISSION BUSINESS <br />Commissioner: Van Scoy requested that staff provide a copy of the Conflicts of Interest policy <br />and rules to the Planning Commission. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Hunt, to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Hunt, Brauer, Levine, and Van <br />Scoy. Voting No: None.
