Any such certificate. maybe relied on by the party who requested it and by any other person, <br />firm or corporation to .whom it may be exhibited or delivered, and the contents of .such certificate <br />shall be binding on the party executing it. <br />29. Minnesota Law. This Lease shall be construed and enforced in accordance with <br />the laws of the State of Minnesota. <br />30. Entire Agreement. This Lease contains the entire agreement of the parties and no <br />representations, inducements, promises or agreements, oral or otherwise, between the parties not <br />embodied herein shall be of any force or effect. <br />31. Attachment. The Exhibit A attached is incorporated herein as if fully set forth at <br />this point.
