LevelofOverJa <br /> <br />Justification <br /> <br />The City population is ,projected to continue to grow. Staff has polled other municipalities that are currently the size of Ramsey's projected <br />growth. This proposed area is the median size for a public works campus. The present campus is 'land locked and cannot be expanded to meet this <br />median size.
