Further, the City Council intends to provide leadership for a proactive organization <br />provided for the benefit of all local constituencies. <br /> <br />Pninary Oo/ectives <br /> <br />. To provide pro~active delivery of municipal services to the citizens for a cost at or below the <br />metropolitan median for delivery of similar services. <br /> <br />. To provide increased aesthetics and amenities in industrial, commercial and residential <br />neighborhoods. <br /> <br />. To provide increased park and natural resource opportunities to the public. <br /> <br />. . To provide a consistent level of service to the community in the areas of public works, <br />public safety and general operations. <br /> <br />. To collaborate with other levels of government and service providers to increase the <br />level and quality of service to the community. . <br /> <br />.. To ensure responsiveness to the public and to foster an atmosphere of communication <br />within and outside of the organization. <br /> <br /> <br />.
