TIF PLAN AMENDMENT The purpose of this amendment is to amend and clarify the budgets within the TIF Plans of each of the following districts: Tax Increment Financing (Redevelopment) District No.1 Tax Increment Financing (Redevelopment) District No.2 Tax Increment Financing (Redevelopment) District No.4 The TIF budgets (Estimated Project Costs) are listed within Section Q of each of the respective original TIF Plans and all the amendments thereafter. It is not the intention of this amendment to modify TIF District boundaries (see attached maps). Boundaries for the three referenced TIF Districts shall remain unchanged. The boundary for Municipal Development District No.1 shall also remain unchanged. Reference the original TIF Documents for PID #'s and legal descriptions. The Document shall become a supplement to the Amendment to the Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax Increment Financing dated December 14, 1999 for District Nos. 1,2,4, and 6, the Amendment to Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No.2 dated April 24, 2001; the Amendment to the Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax Increment Financing District Nos. 1,2,4 and 6 adopted June 24, 2003 and the Amended and Restated Budgetto the Tax Increment Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No.4 dated January 6, 2006. Only the sections referenced throughout this document are to be considered amended and intended to replace and clarify the respective existing sections.
