Nelson <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Community Development Director Amber Miller <br />Community Planner Timothy Gladhill <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Assistant City Engineer Tim Himmer <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the City Council Work Session to order at 7:14 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br /> <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1) Consider Amendment to Town Center Gardens 3rd Addition Agreement <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that he feels the report included in the packet is self-explanatory. <br />He stated that this was subdivided in 2005, however, since then, the developer, Bright Keys, has <br />come upon hard times and is not interested in further development of the platted property. He <br />stated that there are certain improvements that need to happen, which are outlined in the report. <br />He reviewed the escrow monies held by the City and noted that 21st Century Bank would.like to <br />amend the Development Agreement. He stated that these are not single-family properties and <br />will be a developer coming for multiple units. He stated that Attorney BillDorn and 21st <br />Century Bank CEO, Tom Dolphin are present to answer questions. <br /> <br />Assistant City Engineer Rimmer stated that the $71,989 is just for use in inspections. <br /> <br />City Council Work Session / October 7, 2008 <br />Page 1 of 14 <br />
