<br />Further discussion: Councilmember Olson stated that she thinks the City should have something <br />put in that if there are things left, that part of the money would be used for removal. City <br />Attorney Goodrich asked how the Council ended up after the earlier work session discussion on <br />Mr. Wilson not ending up in the mapped district. Mayor Gamec stated that he feels the <br />requirements along the highway would preclude this. City Administrator Ulrich stated that there <br />are valid reasons for not allowing this relocation in the mapped area. <br /> <br />Amended motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Mayor Gamec to state that Mr. Wilson <br />cannot relocate in the official mapped area of Highway 10. <br /> <br />Amended Motion carried. V oting Yes: Mayor Gamec and Councilmembers Elvig, Dehen, <br />Look, Olson and Strommen. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Jeffrey. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Strommen to authorize the City <br />to enter into a Loan Agreement between the Metropolitan Council and the City of Ramsey for <br />Protective Acquisition of Highway Right-of-Way for the Clint A. Wilson parcel located at 7665 <br />Highway 10 NW (PIN 28-32-25-31-0005) in the City in an amount not to exceed $960,480.00. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Elvig, Strommen, Dehen, Look, <br />and Olson. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Jeffrey. <br /> <br />MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />Christmas Party <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec noted that the City Christmas Party is Friday, December 12,2008.
