<br />CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKACOUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a Special City Council Meeting on Tuesday, November 20, <br />2007, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thom~s Gamec <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Mary Jo Olson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Sarah St~ommen <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Kurt Ulrich <br />Assistant City-Administrator Heidi A. Nelson <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Tom Bray, Attorney - Briggs and Morgan <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the City Council Work Session to order at 7:17 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Consider Sale Ordinance and Resolution for Outlot A, Sunfish Lake Business <br />Park; Coty Real Property Holdings, LLC <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that this item is a housekeeping item that the City failed to do in <br />2003. He stated that the City accepted the property, retained drainage and utility easements, but <br />did not complete the sale of Outlot A, Sunfish Lake Business Park. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig,seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to introduce an <br />Ordinance authorizing the sale of certain City owned property located in the City of Ramsey ;- <br />Outlot A, Sunfish Lake Business Park, pursuant to the terms of the previously executed real <br />estate exchange agreement with Coty Real Property Holdings, LLC. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec and Councilmembers Elvig, Jeffrey, Dehen, Look <br />and Olson. Voting No: None.
