Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #08-11-218 RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #08-32 ANDRIE STREET & 164TH LANE STREET IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey City Council, adopted on May 13,2008 in response to a petition, a feasibility report for street improvements to Audrie Street and 164th Lane in the Northfork Subdivision has been received, having been prepared by Steve Jankowski, City Engineer. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: . 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider street improvements including reconstruction of the bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer improvements, and possible Concrete sidewalk in accordance with the report, and the assessment of abutting property for a portion of the cost of these improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $1,402,523. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 13th day of January, 2009 at Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Stinwood Drive NW at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Olson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec Councilmember Elvig Councilmember Olson Councilmember Dehen Councilmember Look Councilmember Strommen and the following voted against the same: none and the following abstained: none and the following were absent: RESOLUTION #08-11-218 Page 1 of2
