Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #08-11-219 RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2009 ALLOCATION OF PARKING RAMP MAINTENANCE COSTS WHEREAS, included in the Master Development Agreement between Ramsey Town Center, LLC and the City of Ramsey was terminology regarding the upkeep and maintenance of the parking; and WHEREAS, The Parking Improvement Use and Maintenance Agreement was formulated to incorporate these requirements; and WHEREAS, the agreement requires City Council to annually adopt a parking' ramp maintenance budget by November 30 for the following year's estimated expenditures; and WHEREAS, the agreement requires City Council to annually allocate the budgeted parking ramp maintenance costs to benefiting parcels; and WHEREAS, each parcels allocated share is determined as such: 28-32-25-24-0009 28-32-25-24-001 28-32-25-24-0008 28-32-25-31-0015 28-32-25-31-0014 28-32-25-31-0013 28-32-25-31-0012 28-32-25-42-0010 Total Allocated $ 15,853.81 . $ 9,073.57 $ 46,265.23 $ 5,184.90 $ 4,586.64 $ 13,560.50 $ 14,956.43 $ 10.668.92 $120,150.00 City of Ramsey City of Ramsey RTC RTC RTC City of Ramsey City of Ramsey City of Ramsey NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby adopts the allocation of the 2009 Parking Ramp Maintenance Budget in the amount of$120,150 to be allocated as listed above.
