Sybrant <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that he is recommending that this vacation request be forwarded to <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission for a public hearing and recommendation. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to forward the request for <br />drainage easement vacation to the Planning and Zoning Commission for a public hearing and <br />recommendation. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #10: Game Fair Update <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder stated that City Staff has researched the parking arrangements for the <br />Game Fair but has not given much thought as to what changes, if any, should be made. <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson stated he had spoken with Mr. Delaney, who also voiced concerns about off- <br />street parking arrangements since the Game Fair is growing every year. <br /> <br />A comment was made referring the fact that if Game Fair parking is to be allowed in Central Park, <br />then the Game Fair should be advertised as being held in Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to have Mayor Gilbertson <br />talk with Mr. Delaney for his input with regard to what could be done for next year's Game Fair <br />and present the ideas back to City Council. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Cich, Beyer, Hardin and <br />Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />Councilmember Cich stated he would like City Staff to check into abating the nuisance pile of trees <br />along Highway #10. <br /> <br />Mr. Schroeder stated that he is working on that right now and also a similar situation by Northfork <br />Addition. He has directed Mr. Bacon, Environmental Specialist, to work together with the <br />Department of Natural Resources to rectify the problem. <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson reminded the citizens of the Ramsey Business EXPO this Sunday, 11:00 <br />a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Ramsey Elementary School. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />City Council/September 24, 1991 <br /> Page 8 of 9 <br /> <br /> <br />
