Mr. Gladhill has <br />successfully completed his six -month probationary period and the Community <br />Development Director recommends retaining Mr. Gladhill as a full -time regular <br />Associate Planner. <br />This is an existing position which is included in the 2009 General Fund Budget. No <br />additional funding is required to remove Mr. Gladhill from probation. <br />Based on satisfactory completion of the sixth -month probationary period, staff <br />recommends that Tim Gladhill be retained as a full -time regular Associate Planner. <br />Motion to recommend that the City Council adopt a resolution ending the probationary <br />period for Mr. Gladhill and granting status as a full -time regular Associate Planner. <br />, City Administrator <br />G :\Administration\HumanResources \Performance Evaluations\Ending Probation \Gladhill, Tim 01- 13- 09.docx <br />
