Further Discussion: Mayor Gamec asked how the City can put City traffic on private roads. Public Works Director Olson stated that this road just provides access , to the businesses. Commissioner Olson stated that she thinks business will want to keep their access open. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Vice - Chairperson Dehen, Mayor Gamec and Councilmember Olson. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Elvig. Vice Chair Dehen recessed the meeting at 6:39 p.m. and reconvened' at 6:45 p.m. Case #3: Consider Relocation of Crosswalk on Ramsey Boulevard North of 149 Avenue City Engineer Jankowski stated that this crosswalk has been located on the Tom Thumb property and was here because it facilitated pedestrian traffic to the ,Tom Thumb, but with the development of the townhome development, the pedestrian population has shifted to the south and it seems more reasonable to relocate this to the southern side of 140 _Avenue. ti ?
