Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Olson, Dehen, Elvig, Jeffrey, Look, and Strommen Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Jeffrey. COUNCIL BUSINESS Case #1: Public Hearing (Continued): Application for On -Sale Sunday and 2:00 a.m. Intoxicating Liquor License; Case of O1'Skool Bar and Grill Police Chief Way stated that the City has not received the information that he has requested from the State of Minnesota, so he would like to continue the hearing until January 13, 2009.
