SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a special meeting on Wednesday, November 6, 1991 at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, 55303. <br /> <br />Members Present: Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br /> <br />Also Present: City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br /> <br />Members Absent: Mayor James Gilbertson <br /> Councilmember Richard Cich <br /> Councilmember Glen Hardin <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Consider Introdnction of Ordinance Amending Non-conforming Use <br /> Section of Zoning Code Regulating Adult Uses. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich explained that a couple of lines were inadvertently left out of the ordinance <br />amending the non-conforming use section of the zoning code regulating adult uses; however, since <br />there is not a quorum present, the ordinance cannot be voted on at this meeting. <br /> <br />It was the consensus of those present to reschedule this meeting for Friday, November 8, 1991, at <br />5:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Case #2: Inclement Weather Policy <br /> <br />There was no quorum present - this case will also be discussed at the November 8, 1991 meeting. <br /> <br /> Other Business <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />1.) Snowplowing <br /> <br />Snowplowing the City streets was discussed. City Administrator Schroeder reported that Dolomite <br />Street N.W. was not plowed out until Sunday and the Adult Book Store owner complained to a <br />patrol officer that he felt the City purposely did not plow his street out. <br /> <br />City Council/November 6, 1991 <br /> Page I of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
