<br />Commissioner Gamec introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #HRA-08-12-005 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2009 CITY OF RAMSEY HOUSING AND <br />REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FUND BUDGET <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HRA OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1, <br />2009 is hereby adopted for the Housing & Redevelopment Authority Fund as follows: <br /> <br />HOUSING & REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FUND <br />Revenues: <br />Taxes (HRA Levy) <br />Interest Earnings <br />Total Revenues <br /> <br />$312,443 <br />$ 5,000 <br />$317.443 <br /> <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br />Personal Services <br />Services and Charges <br />Capital Outlay <br />Other Financing Uses- <br />Operating Transfers <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures <br /> <br />97,382 <br />215,061 <br />o <br /> <br />o <br />$312.443 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner <br />Elvig, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br />Chairperson Olson <br />Commissioner Gamec <br />Commissioner Elvig <br />Commissioner Dehen <br />Commissioner Look <br />Commissioner Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br />
