<br />Councilmember Strommen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #08-12-243 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED 2008 PAYABLE 2009, EDA TAX LEVY <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the following proposed levy for certified 2008, payable 2009, be levied upon the <br />taxable property in said City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the <br />following purposes: <br /> <br />RECOMMENDEDEDALEVY <br /> <br />$ 291,705 <br /> <br />TOTAL PROPOSED LEVIES <br /> <br />$ 291.705 <br /> <br />2) That the City Administrator/Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this <br />resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's Office on or before Monday, December 29, <br />2008. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Elvig <br /> <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />none <br />
