State law also <br />requires that communities submit their updated compreh{(nsive plan to the Council three years <br />from the date this material isreceived; A <br /> <br />The documents comprise your "system statement," which shows how changes in the Council's <br />regional system plans fortransportation, water r~ources management and regional parks <br />specifically affect your community. The system statements contain: <br /> <br />. Key changes in transportation, aviation, water resources and parks policy plans. <br />. System plan considerations affecting your community. <br />. Forecasts at densities to help ayhieve regional policy goals. " <br /> <br />The complete text of the Council's regional plans, our new Local Planning Handbook and other <br />helpful materials can be found on line at <br />htto:llwww.metrocounci1.org:/planning/frameworkltimeline.htm.
