Please return three (3) back to our offices with <br />signatures. As mentioned to you on July 14, the Council added the Decision Resources survey <br />back into the basic scope of services. As also mentioned, we are requesting a specific timeline at <br />the earliest possible time in order to facilitate a newsletter mailing which will occur at the end of <br />this month. While Council will ultimately grant approval or revision of the timeline, the earlier <br />steps can begin at this time. I should also note that we are currently under a development <br />moratorium. There has been some discussion about the length of that moratorium and its <br />relationship to the Comprehensive Plan timeline. Hence, I believe there will be some desire to <br />expedite at least some ofthe facets ofthe product to the extent possible. <br /> <br />The staff people who will be assigned various segments of this project are as follows: <br /> <br />Sylvia Frolik, Zoning Administrator - Project Leader <br />Steve Jankowski, City Engineer <br />Dave Chmielewski, Landscape Architect <br />Kirk Skoog, Community Development Assistant <br />Linda Waite-Smith, Administrative Services Manager <br /> <br />Should you have any questions regarding the above or the contract scope, please do not hesitate <br />to contact me.
