<br />Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #86-105 <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the City of Ramsey has prepared and adopted a <br />Comprehensive Plan as required by the State Planning Act; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the Comprehensive Plan provides for the extension <br />of sanitary sewers in both the Mississippi River and the Rum <br />River Watersheds with 1990 projec~ed flow of 0.57 million <br />gallons per day; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the City of Ramsey has received requests to provide <br />utilities to the industrial area at the intersection of County <br />Road 116 and Sunfish Lake Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the area requested for utilities lies within the <br />proposed 1983 and early 1990's development areas of the City. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY. ANOKA COUNTY. STATE OF MINNESOTA. as follows: <br /> <br />1. The proposed construction schedule for public utilities <br />shall be amended as shown on revised Map 13A of the Comprehensive <br />Plan contingent upon Metropolitan Council review and approval. <br /> <br />2. The City Administrator is directed to forward this <br />resolution along with all necessary worksheets and Comprehensive <br />Plan revisions required to amend the proposed construction <br />schedule to the Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Coun~ilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken <br />thereon. the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman.
