(Copy included on reverse side) If seems that Mr. Gromberg is still distorting the focts about Ihe ownership of the OuJlols E and 8 of the Tooth Acres subdivision. At the workshop it was mentioned fhot Mr Gromberg was either unwilling or unable to provide information to Ihe Planning commission, ond he has gone on to prove that statement. He did not direct 0 copy of the memo to Me or the Planning . Commission. As a result, I was nol aware of Ihe commenls conJained in it until April 1, 1995, and so commented at the Planning Commission meeting. That would hove been the end of the matter except thai since Ihen I have been made aware of this memo by several people who would not normally have access to ii. I was asked about the VendeUa Mr. Gromberg was pursuing against Me. Those are not my words, they belong to 2 ditrerent city officials who's jurisdiction are at least two cities removed from Ramsey. My Statement was that the · Anoka County Highway Deparlment did not have tiJIe to the OUTLOTS.. Mr Gromberg has gone to great lengths to call me 0 "L1AR., and this has become public knowledge. In has Own MEMO he makes the correct statement, and then embellishes it with Obeing owned by the Anoka County Highway Department. 0 If Mr Gromberg does not understand the difference between the two entities for tille purposes, maybe he should be put in a position where he can't do any harm. The fact that Anoka County owns the parcel does not give the Anoka County Highway Department tille to use the property. That would be like saying that anyone of you can do anything you want to your parents property.
